Planning & Preparation
- Once we have established the requested services towards your event and an agreement is in place, we will begin to prepare all requirements.

- We also keep you updated on our planning progress up until the main day.
The Main Event
- We arrive to the venue, introduce ourselves and begin setting up for the event.
- After setting up, we will run a sequence of safety & technical checks to ensure all equipment is functional, programmed effectively and fit for purpose within the venue.
